Zahira Benkhadra
Professor of Law
Professor Zahira Ben Khadra is a scholar of Private and Real Estate Law specializing in Contracts and Liability at the University of Blida 2 (Ali Lounici University).
My teaching and research explore the intersections between legal responsibility, digitalization, property systems, and sustainable development. Over more than two decades, I have worked to strengthen legal education and academic innovation in Algeria and abroad through teaching, research, and international collaboration.
As a Full Professor of Law, I have supervised dozens of Master’s and doctoral theses, published in leading national and international journals, and chaired scientific conferences on law, governance, and the digital transformation of legal systems.
My academic mission is to connect theory with practice, advancing law as a living instrument of justice and sustainable progress.

I currently serve as Professor of Law and Head of the Master’s Program in Real Estate Law at the University of Blida 2.
I am a member of the research laboratory “Digitalization and Law in Algeria,” where I explore how digital transformation shapes property, environmental, and insurance law.
My work bridges legal doctrine with the realities of digital governance, sustainability, and institutional reform.
